I'll be assisting an 8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program starting September 4th - October 23rd, every Tuesday.

The course is designed to help with stress management, emotional regulation, and training ourselves how to be more mindful in our busy lives. It is a truly rewarding course, I would highly recommend it!
