“The deeper the root, the sweeter the fruit.” This quote will inspire our experience during this 1-day workshop designed to help participants explore their emotional-and-physical wellness, as well as their self-care practices. Participants will be guided through mindfulness practices that help them understand their habits related to stress, and how stress is often transformed into opportunity.
What you’ll learn and experience:
Guided mindfulness practices such as Awareness of Breath and Body Scan to create a calm receptiveness to the present moment
Self-care practices such as mindful nutrition and exploring our relationship with food and health
Yoga, mindful movement, and dance therapy
Exploring silence as a tool for deeper insight
