I have extensive training in preventive health and hold a masters degree in clinical nutrition as well as certifications and training in adult weight management, diabetes prevention/management and Ayurveda.
I am a 500 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor and teach yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
I love food. I believe that good nutrition and yummy food don't have to be mutually exclusive. I think it is important to be realistic with the lifestyle changes we make when trying to reach our health and wellness goals. Live the best you can and try to be healthy in your body, mind and spirit.
